Nevado Resources Corporation
Nevado Resources Corporation is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration, evaluation and development of gold mining properties.
The Corporation was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on June 9, 2006, and its shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 4, 2010, under the symbol "VDO".
The Corporation’s activities are essentially associated with the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties for commercial production. It holds a 100% interest in two mining properties, none of which are in production. Its properties are all in Quebec, and comprise a total of 780 mining claims covering 418 km2. The Corporation current focus is the exploration, evaluation and development of the La Blache (titanium-vanadium-iron) and Fermont (graphite-iron) projects.
The Corporation has a gold-focused exploration mandate, which started with the option agreement with SOQUEM for the Roger Project in the effervescent mining camp of Chibougamau-Chapais.
